After I started my own business, I realized that there were a lot of things I needed to do in order to make it work. I started by streamlining our processes and working with our vendors and then I worked on training our employees more thoroughly. It was amazing to see the differences that my efforts made, but it was just the beginning. Little by little, I was also able to iron out some serious details that were really causing problems.
